Now Hiring: Marketing & Sales Consultant (Part-Time)
Location: Studio Pilates Long Branch
Rate: $28 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: ~20 hours/week
Studio Pilates Long Branch is seeking a proactive, hands-on Marketing & Sales Consultant to support our growing studio. This role is ideal for someone with strong local marketing experience, sales support skills, and the ability to create digital content that aligns with the Studio Pilates International brand.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives — including in-person outreach, partnerships, distributing marketing materials, and building community relationships.
- Form and maintain sponsorship relationships for events.
- Execute marketing plans provided by the Studio Pilates Global Support Office and ensure they are fully carried out—not just planned, but successfully materialized.
- Provide weekly updates on local area marketing progress and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Provide sales support, including client follow-up, outreach, and lead nurturing to convert prospects into bookings.
- Understand the Studio Pilates International brand image and create social media content that aligns perfectly with global brand standards.
- Collaborate with studio management to support promotions, events, challenges, and special campaigns.
- Track and report marketing performance and sales activity.

- Someone with actual, proven experience and a successful track record in marketing and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans from start to finish and deliver measurable results, including sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of local area marketing and community outreach.
- Ability to create, schedule, and publish on-brand social media content aligned with global brand identity.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable representing the studio in the community.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness is a plus!

- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Rate: $28 per hour, depending on experience
- In-person role with some scheduling flexibility.
