We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer with 5 years of experience who will be accountable for full design development throughout all phases of the interior design process. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring that design solutions align with client goals and studio standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of the design process, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Prepare and present design concepts, material selections, drawings, and specifications to clients and project teams.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to coordinate design intent and execution.
Oversee sourcing and procurement of finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress to ensure design quality and accuracy during construction.
Maintain strong client communication, ensuring design solutions align with expectaions, budgets, and project timelines.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.
