Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in Revit and Enscape, is highly technical with a strong design eye, works with a team player mentality, and has a drive for design excellence. This is not a “copy and paste” role; the candidate should have a creative edge and bring ideas to the table. The Interior Designer will take part in various phases of design projects, including space planning, creating detailed interior designs, developing construction drawings and renderings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Qualifications
· 6 years of experience in interior design with an emphasis in hospitality environments
· Bachelor’s degree in interior design
· Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
· Strong experience with Enscape (rendering modeling workflow)
· Exceptional technical drafting and detailing skills
· A sharp eye for understanding proportion, materiality, and spatial experience
· Ability to manage multiple moving pieces with clarity and calm
· Experience with or interest in project management
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Strong communication skills internally and with clients/consultants
· Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
· Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong portfolio displaying a variety of detailed projects
