Studio Grey is looking for a design-driven Project Architect / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a Design Project Management role. We are a boutique architecture and interior design studio specializing in hospitality-driven commercial environments.
This role blends design leadership, technical coordination, and project management. Depending on the project, you may be designing, producing drawings, managing consultants, or leading project schedules and client coordination. Everyone at Studio Grey must have a strong design eye. That is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities include:
• Design development and concept collaboration
• Revit production and documentation (SD–CD)
• Coordination with consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Leading or attending OAC meetings
• Construction Administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
• Maintaining design intent through construction
You bring:
• 6–10 years architectural experience
• Strong design sensibility and portfolio
• Revit proficiency
• Experience coordinating consultants and contractors
• Confidence managing portions of projects independently
• Clear communication and organization
• Experience with interiors, Adobe programs, and hospitality design
