Director of Accounts, Talent AR

We are a boutique home staging design company located in New York San Francisco, looking for a key person who can manage our Client relations, HR, and AR to join our NY team. Responsibilities Include:
Account Relations:
Field initial staging inquiries, select designers, allocate details to team
Create assist with staging proposals via Canva
Collaborate in pricing, visuals final proposal
Track follow up on proposals
Manage Key accounts client relationships
Accounts Receivables:
Create contracts, invoice clients, and follow up on payments
Process initial and monthly payments via ACH, CC, wire transfers and checks
Create, review and manage AR Aging
HR:
Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of NY team members
Oversee Roles Responsibilities for team members
Track, schedule execute review process
Track resolve internal employee relations issues for NY SF
Maintain HR files on Google Drive: Offers, Onboarding, Reviews, Relations
Assist with intern hiring via local design schools
Conduct exit interviews
Assist with co. events, corporate culture, and employee gifts
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail
Strong people skills/High EQ
Strong ability to work independently, manage time, prioritize, shift gears.
HR Experience 2 years
Accounts Receivable experience 2 years
Quickbooks Enterprise experience 2 years
Must like cats (and dogs)

Starting Salary $85k - $95k Bonus Profit Sharing 401k
