ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Food & Beverage Operation
- Lead all food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, delivery accuracy, and upkeep of bar, kitchen, and concession equipment
- Champion food safety and responsible alcohol service, ensuring policies are followed and guests are cared for appropriately
- Deliver consistent, high-quality products by upholding recipes, portion standards, and presentation
- Execute food and beverage service for events, ensuring a seamless experience for both private and public groups
- Own key administrative responsibilities, including end-of-month inventory and invoice approvals
- Use financial and operational insights to spot trends, solve problems, and continuously improve performance
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty, helping lead daily theatre operations and supporting both public showings and private events
- Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects a high-quality guest experience
- Uphold cash handling standards and ensure policies are consistently followed
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members, building a strong, engaged, and accountable team
- Set the tone for a guest-first culture by modeling and reinforcing exceptional service
- Clearly communicate expectations, delegate effectively, and keep operations running smoothly
- Stay close to the business—monitor performance, address challenges, and act on opportunities
- Build positive relationships with team members while ensuring safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1–2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or theatre management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- TIPS Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously in a fast-paced environment throughout the duration of a shift
- Ability to maintain balance and perform tasks that include reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team member
