Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing as needed.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest or client requests promptly and courteously.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
• Manage housekeeping duties efficiently in both residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques for carpet cleaning and other specialized tasks as required.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and standards is a plus.
• Experience in customer service roles will enhance interaction with clients or guests.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols is essential.
