Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role helps keep production, orders, and communication organized so the floor can keep moving.
This is a great position for someone who likes structure, lists, follow-ups, and being the person who makes sure nothing gets missed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage email inboxes and assist with customer and vendor correspondence
- Track orders, timelines, and production details
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic administrative record-keeping
- Organize job paperwork, specs, and digital files
- Support scheduling, reminders, and internal communication
- Follow up on outstanding items related to orders and production
- Provide general administrative support to ownership and management
What We’re Looking For
- Prior administrative, office, or production-support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written communication and professionalism
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with invoicing, manufacturing admin, or QuickBooks is a plus
- Interest in music, vinyl, or manufacturing is helpful but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
