Duties
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and exceptional customer service.
- Create an incredible first impression for new clients.
- Help prospective members find the membership that best fits their goals.
- Build relationships with members and celebrate their progress.
- Answer questions, manage class reservations, and support daily studio operations.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Work alongside an energetic team that genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.Skills
We're Looking For:
- Friendly, positive, and naturally outgoing
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Comfortable talking with people and recommending memberships
- Dependable, organized, and proactive
- A team player who enjoys creating an exceptional member experience
- Available early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
