Studio 39 Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Studio Sales Assistant to join our team to work part-time evening and weekend morning shifts! Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage prospective and current members in a welcoming, professional manner
- Present and sell fitness memberships, class packages, and studio services
- Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, text, email, and in-person outreach
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals and KPIs
- Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership benefits and pricing
- Lead front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and member inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and member data in CRM software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including to work evenings and weekend mornings, at least 3 shifts per week
- Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
- Goal-oriented mindset with an ability to meet sales targets
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or scheduling software a plus
