Overview:
ASC Student Ambassadors work collaboratively with professional staff in the center to welcome students, visitors, and guests, and direct them to the appropriate resources. Responsibilities include providing customer service through front desk and phone coverage, assisting students in submitting requests for tutoring, helping students schedule meetings with professional ASC staff members, creating a hospitable environment for visitors in the center, and completing other projects as assigned.

Job Reports To: Allison Davis, Associate Director of the Academic Support Center and Quinten Hernandez & Katy Hall, Academic Development Specialists in the Academic Support Center
Hours & Pay Rate: Pay rate is $15.50 - $15.80/hour
Length of Employment: Spring 2026 Semester (opportunities for returning for future semesters available)

Personable
Reliable with good time management
Ability to follow directions and accurately record details
Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca College having completed at least one full semester on campus

Available 3-5 hours per week between the hours of 10am – 4pm on Monday – Friday.
