About You
As an Engineer in Training, you will begin your professional journey by supporting a variety of engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers. You will gain hands-on experience in structural analysis, design support, and field activities while developing your technical and professional skills. Core Responsibilities Include:
- Perform basic structural calculations using established engineering principles and techniques.
- Assist in the preparation and development of construction documents for straightforward projects.
- Support field investigations and site visits under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Conduct standard computations and analyses to aid in project development.
- Communicate design concepts and coordinate with drafters and internal team members.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support project success.
Education and Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Passed or actively preparing to take the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.
- Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI), or ability to obtain certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Skills & Experience
- Foundational understanding of structural and civil engineering principles.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and basic engineering practices.

Salary : $82,000 - $98,000
