What will you be doing?

  • Drive sales: Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a weekly basis. Visits prospects in stores and at trade shows, and actively develop rapport. Utilizes working knowledge of territory and major, viable accounts within territory.
  • Manage: Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins. Monitor all account budgets. Anticipate needs of accounts and react quickly.
  • Provide weekly reports: Ongoing planning and analyzing business strategies. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Partner: Interact with retailers regional teams (multi-store accounts) to improve Product placement and brand. Conveys ideas and thoughts to internal and external management as it relates to all aspects of our business.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous sales experience preferably to department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores
  • Experienced with both field and corporate working relationships
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • Leadership and people management
