Title: Junior Account Executive- Sales Support

Our client, an established wholesale contemporary brand in NYC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Assisted the Vice President of Sales with Accounts during market week, and line preparation.
- Work with buyers and assist in sales presentations
- Prepare and organize all samples in advance of meetings, ensuring readiness for presentations.
- Help prepare for meetings and market appointments by organizing marketing materials and samples.
- Direct to consumer sales support, and OTB/ATS inventory sales support.( open to buy, and available to sell)
- Review order status reports daily to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Resolve issues and reconcile order discrepancies in collaboration with customer service and account management.
- Coordinate closely with the product manager on all cuts placed for the branch, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Liaise with sales representatives, and buyers regarding purchase order preparations.
- Participate in trade shows and assist in managing the creation of product displays.
- Create and maintain online sheets for all appointments and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Internship experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
