Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear written communication, professional phone etiquette, and client-facing interpersonal skills.
- Experience with administrative assistance tasks such as scheduling, file management (paper and electronic), data entry, and office organization.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or similar role in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work accurately under time-sensitive deadlines.
