Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is one of the fastest-growing retail stores in Dubuque County, specializing in appliances, furniture, flooring, and home improvement products at outlet prices is expanding and looking for new team members!
Due to record-breaking sales and rapid growth, we currently have more customers than sales staff and are looking to add experienced sales professionals immediately.
If you are motivated, and enjoy working with customers, this is an excellent opportunity.
Our store has strong daily customer traffic, giving sales professionals the opportunity to earn well above your typical income.
Compensation
- Base hourly pay commission bonuses
- Top performers can earn $60,000 – $120,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Be prepared to have fun, enjoy coming into work!
- Work with customers to help them find appliances, furniture, and home improvement products
- Create a relationship with your customer.
- Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with leads and online inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Post and respond to online listings such as Facebook Marketplace
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Automotive Sales Professionals have been top performers!!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to close sales and work in a commission-based environment
- Self-motivated and energetic personality
- Comfortable working weekends
- Experience selling furniture, appliances, mattresses, vehicles, or home improvement products are preferred.
