Job Description & Duties:
Ensure the continuous flow of raw materials to the production line, accurately reporting production data and documenting all materials consumed.
- Nurture a safe, kind, respectful, and competitive environment.
- Accurately documenting the use of goods. Including lot and Item numbers.
- Working with packaging and production crews to prepare and stage material needed for the current process.
- Printing Labels.
- Recording the Lot numbers and quantities of all material used.
- Understanding of duties required of a Packaging Technician, and subbing in for that position when necessary.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts to transport raw materials within the facility.
- Coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory accuracy, and production efficiency.
- Assist with inventory checks and material replenishment as needed.
- Sustaining cleanliness of packaging area.
- Adhere to GMPs, health, and safety guidelines as outlined in quality and food safety procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education - High School education or GED preferred.
- Ability to operate the inline bagger. (Matrix)
- Forklift Certified.
- Follow all safety and food safety policies and procedures.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 2:45 AM to 3:15 PM, OR Monday through Thursday, 2:45 PM to 3:15 AM, occasional Friday work is voluntary. No weekends or Holidays.
