Key Responsibilities
- Setup and operate 3–5 axis CNC machines
- Load programs (G-code, Solidworks/Fusion360/CAM)
- Select tooling, set parameters, perform part quality checks
- Conduct first article inspections and maintain part tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes
Requirements
- 2 years CNC operator or machinist experience
- Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with SolidWorks/Fusion360/CAD-CAM tools
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Reliability, self-motivation, and good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CAM programming experience (Fusion360 /Solidworks/ Mastercam / others)
- Experience in prototype or small-batch production
