Protect and elevate a scratch kitchen culture. Ensure every dish meets high standards in preparation, consistency, and presentation while working closely with the culinary team to maintain excellence.
Build and Inspire Great Teams
Recruit, develop, and retain a team that thrives on hospitality. Coach with purpose, lead with integrity, and create a positive, balanced workplace where people can grow and succeed.
Drive Operations with Excellence

~5 years of General Manager or Managing Partner experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
~ A true passion for hospitality, guest experience, and food quality
~ Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
~ Strong operational knowledge across both front and back of house
~ Financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and costs
~ Hands-on leadership style with a presence on the floor
~ Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
