We are looking for recent college graduates (0-5 years since graduation) who know how to reach the influencers on college campuses. We offer a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, where our Sales Representatives thrive on playing hard and working harder. Your Role: You will be responsible for locating, recruiting and managing campus representatives at Colleges and Universities throughout the US. The Regional Sales Representative will manage the entire life-cycle of the travel package from finding group organizers, assisting clients with reservations through travel and post-trip follow up. It is all about:
- Providing world class customer service.
- Communicating effectively.
- Converting leads into satisfied customers.
- Being upbeat, positive and energetic .
- Align closely with teammates to problem solve and support each other's workload.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit sales reps and groups to organize trips on college campuses.
- Convert leads into reservations.
- Respond to incoming leads in a timely fashion.
- Manage customers and reservations while providing world class customer service.
- Be flexible in supporting different projects throughout the day as priorities change.
The Ideal Candidate is:
- Recent college graduate (0-5 years since graduation).
- Has excellent verbal and written skills.
- A go-getter: you figure out what needs to get done vs having to be told what to do.
- Is passionate about travel, especially to the Caribbean.
- Able to build rapport with clients

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
