Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities alongside internal recruiting teams
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Schedule interviews and support hiring logistics across departments
- Process, enter, and manage sensitive candidate information with strict confidentiality
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and hiring partners
- Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening coordination, and hiring support as needed
- Provide additional recruiting support during high-volume hiring periods
- On-site position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Juneau office location
- Standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility based on business needs
