STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Structures Technicians to join the team in Broomfield, Colorado.
This is hands-on, high-impact work. You'll perform complex fabrication and mechanical installations on Pilatus aircraft platforms. You'll follow strict FAA and SRM guidelines. And you'll do it alongside a team that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing:- Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies using SRMs and engineering drawings
- Interpret technical manuals and blueprints to plan and execute accurate structural modifications
- Locate components using station, butt-line, and waterline references
- Accurately complete work order entries and technical documentation
- Ensure all work complies with FAA, FOCA, and internal quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of structural experience
- Strong working knowledge of aluminum part painting and corrosion prevention
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and wiring diagrams
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working in tight spaces
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must meet ITAR "U.S. person" requirements (22 CFR 120.62)
