Pay
$25 – $34 per hour
(Based on experience)
Job Type
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Overtime opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality welding using SMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes
- Read and interpret weld symbols and fabrication drawings
- Apply distortion control techniques to maintain assembly tolerances
- Perform oxy-fuel torch cutting
- Assist fitters and layout personnel with structural assembly
- Help maintain production schedules while meeting strict quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong welding skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Safety-minded in a fast-paced fabrication environment
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Welding experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Operate powered industrial equipment
- Work in a shop environment with dust, noise, uneven surfaces, and changing temperatures
- Strong visual awareness including depth perception and clarity of vision
