Overview
Stryten Energy, with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base.
The Maintenance Supervisor will schedule, supervise, and assist maintenance personnel with planned and unplanned maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment and facilities support systems. They are to identify improvement areas, modify PM tasks as required to improve PM program effectiveness, and offer training in correct procedure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preventative maintenance program on all manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure work is done in a neat and professional manner.
- Clearly communicate schedule requirements and completion status with production.
- Manage Work Requests and Preventative Maintenance program through L2L
- Manage Root Cause Analysis on repetitive failures.
- Maintain a functional maintenance department.
- Provide resources and support for Continuous Improvement activities.
- Following company policy, implement disciplinary action as required
- Conduct interviews and hire new personnel.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Degree in Industrial Machine Technology with two years of related experience or post high school education such as technical school with 2 years of industrial maintenance management experience
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Understanding of Industrial maintenance systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and create a sense of urgency for completion of tasks.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
