Join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, where you'll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization. In this role, you’ll support critical functions like financial reporting, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting—helping drive smart, data-informed decisions across the business.
This position provides support to various business units and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly financial reporting packages and in-depth analytics.
- Participate in the annual budget and monthly forecasting process.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute sophisticated financial reports for internal reporting.
- Monitor and assess product margins, pricing strategies, and cost structures.
- Provide functional teams with in-depth financial analysis including cost analysis and variance explanations.
- Support the costing team with reporting and analyzing inventory and production data.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and other requests as required by management.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and work with necessary stakeholders to implement positive changes.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting / financial analysis experience, manufacturing preferred.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau / PowerBI a plus.
This position requires you to be on site at our HQ office in Alpharetta, GA.
