Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Mon – Fri, 10:00am – 6:30pm, OT as needed What you will do: The Production Technician I in our Patient Specific department will be responsible for creating routers, printing labels, inspecting, packaging, labelling, and other administrative tasks as it relates to Patient Specific Prophecy Product. Independently perform all tasks related to printing routers, packaging, and labeling of Prophecy products. Maintain quality standards, including GMP/GDP compliance and participation in quality/manufacturing improvement projects. Consistently meet or exceed production targets, including maintaining a productivity rate above 75%. Follow instructions from Leads, Supervisors, or Managers, and adhere to all work instructions and packaging standards. Attend and be punctual for daily management meetings. Support the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across the shop floor as needed. Accurately clock in/out of operations using company tracking systems. Complete all assigned training on time (99% compliance) and maintain a clean disciplinary record. What you need: Preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum twelve (12) months’ manufacturing experience, preferably have experience with medical manufacturing. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
