Patio Cover Installer

StruXure PNW is a aluminum pergola and screen company. We are the dealer for the state of Washington. We have multiple offices in Washington. This position is in our Spokane location.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Now is the time to join us! We are looking for Installers to be an integral part of our team. As an Installer you will provide installation and or support will be part of a 2-3 person team. Teams arrive at our office at 7 am Monday through Friday and dispatch in a company vehicle to our project sites. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and effective time and team management skills.

Candidates must have an overall knowledge of construction practices and processes.
2 years construction lead experience is required. The ideal candidate has a versatile, customer focused mindset with an attention to detail. Candidates must show passion for the quality of their work, take pride in offering excellent customer service and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, independently and efficiently. The right candidate thrives in a small, dynamic team environment and realizes the critical importance of being a point of contact with our customers. Must have an eye for detail, is enthusiastic, organized, reliable and independently steps-in where help is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years MINIMUM. Construction experience to get a call back and interview. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years of construction experience.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Self-motivated, works well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude and a growth mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling customer interactions
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to independently organize, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• H.S. degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 70 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time:

Pay: Top scale, depends on level of experience.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
