Strukmyer LLC (Mesquite, TX) seeks Production Lead (1st shift).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production team members during daily operations
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met on time
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment for smooth workflow
- Monitor product quality and address issues promptly
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Track and report key metrics (output, downtime, scrap, efficiency)
- Communicate production updates with supervisors and other departments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking production data.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 1st shift
Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
