Low Voltage Installer / Service Technician
Pay: $22.00–$37.00 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Low Voltage Installer / Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is looking for a long-term opportunity in the low-voltage industry.
Our technicians install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial customers.

- Data and network cabling
- Low-voltage infrastructure and associated equipment
Position Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring and equipment
- Install and service fire alarm, security, surveillance, and data systems
- Diagnose system issues and complete service calls efficiently
- Read and interpret construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer documentation
- Perform system testing, startup, and commissioning
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
- Coordinate effectively with customers, project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Accurately document completed work and service performed
- Follow applicable safety procedures and installation standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in low-voltage installation or service is preferred
- Experience with fire alarm, security, surveillance, and/or structured cabling systems is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments
Experience with system programming, commissioning, network configuration, troubleshooting, and leading installations is a strong plus.
