Additionally, the Resident Manager will be on-call for emergencies and accessible via phone at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary tenant liaison between residents and the property management office, fostering positive tenant relationships.
- Maintain the safety, security, cleanliness, and overall appeal of the property, ensuring it is an attractive and safe place to live.
- Receive and address maintenance requests from residents. Coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Track annual certifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from residents.
- Monitor and address lease violations or non-compliance issues, collaborating with the Property Manager as needed.
- Be available on-call for emergencies and accessible via phone at all times.
- Maintain organized records of resident communication, work orders, and vendor interactions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to live on-site at the property in a unit provided by the owner.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
