Structure Resources is seeking National Electrical General Superintendents and Site Superintendents to join one of our premier Electrical Design-Build contractors. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an award-winning electrical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, and complex design-build projects across the United States.
They are looking for experienced Electrical General Superintendents and Site Superintendents who have a strong background leading large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
This position is responsible for managing field operations, overseeing quality control, enforcing safety standards, coordinating manpower, supporting Foremen and Project Management teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading field teams on large electrical construction projects while maintaining high levels of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. They will also have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical systems, construction drawings, manpower planning, and project documentation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience
- Heavy commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience required
- Journeyman Electrician License required
- Master Electrician License strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and electrical submittals
- Experience managing manpower, labor tracking, project documentation, and field operations
- Experience leading Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel when needed
- Ability to obtain project-specific electrical licenses when required
- Ability to pass background checks, including Government Background Checks for applicable projects
