Senior Project Manager

Structure Resources is seeking a high performing Sr. Project Manager. Our client is an Indianapolis based General Contractor specializing in commercial building. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile construction projects while working with a company that values long-term career growth and a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee the successful execution of multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive business development by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sell and build business relationships to contribute to company growth.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
