Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via PHONE, then email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Assist customers with order processing, quoting and scheduling.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through our systems.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience with customer service is an important plus.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Bilingual (Spanish) will be an important plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
