- Support the Foreman in daily operations and crew supervision
- Coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of project phases
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with hands-on construction tasks as needed
- 3 years of construction experience, preferably in structural or concrete work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
