STRUCTURAL is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our LA team in Garden Grove, CA. If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — with a talent in leading processes and supporting people — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
As one of the go-to person for office operations, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. In this role, you’ll:
Coordinate and take ownership of key operational and business support functions — HR, events, training, marketing, CRM, and contract review.
Support and guide administrative processes, ensuring consistency and accountability across the branch.
Oversee financial operations including budgets, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing.
Manage and mentor administrative support staff or coordinate task assignments when applicable.
Process weekly timecards and ensure compliance with company and state guidelines.
Serve as a trusted partner to branch leadership and Corporate departments (HR, Payroll, IT, etc.).
Maintain strong internal relationships and represent the branch professionally with employees, clients, and visitors.
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to planning and decision-making discussions.
What We’re Looking For
5 years of administrative experience — ideally in construction, engineering, or contracting with a desire to grow into office management position in the future
Proven ability to lead administrative functions, manage priorities, and influence team productivity.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, financial systems, and standard office tools).
Demonstrated experience with payroll, billing, AR/AP, and departmental budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — capable of supporting and guiding others.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and accountability.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on results.
Bonus Points:
Experience in construction or contracting.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
