Manufacturing Production Schedule Coordinator

Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is actively seeking a positive and energetic full-time Manufacturing Production Schedule Coordinator to ensure the effective and smooth running of the day-to-day plant operations. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING PRODCUTION SCHEDULER

Each day you will work on a computer entering data and scheduling work using Microsoft Office suite software and other specific software relative to the building component industry. This includes the following:

• Jigging floors and roofs and/or walls and stairs
• Instruct loaders how to load trailers and print loaders paperwork
• Print tags
• Using Bistrack, order special materials
• May include uploading drivers pictures and completed loads in Bistrack
• May include timber mill cut material lists
• Miscellaneous duties as needed
• Get marked jobs built
• Go through each schedule and determine what is complete

*Construction knowledge and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Knowledge of Sketch-up and Bistrack software preferred but not required
• Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
• Ability to manage data, filing
• Must be self-motivated and have initiative to carry out tasks
• Able to work as part of a team
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Able to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks and multi-task
• Must be at least 18 years old and speak fluent English
• High School Diploma preferred
