Crew Foreman – Post Frame Construction
Up to $10,000 Signing Bonus | Year-Round Work
Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. is hiring a skilled Post Frame Crew Foreman to lead field crews, drive quality, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Since 1985, we've built post-frame, steel-frame, stud-wall, SIP panel, and custom engineered structures across Minnesota and the surrounding region. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and team development.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily crew operations
- Read and execute blueprints accurately
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with Project Managers & Field Superintendents
- Solve issues on site and keep projects on schedule
What You Bring
- Post-frame construction experience required
- Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred
- Valid MN driver's license; Class A CDL is a plus
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft
- Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic
