We're looking for an experienced and reliable Post-Frame Construction Crew Lead to oversee jobsite operations, manage crew workflow, and ensure high-quality results on every project. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily crew operations
- Read and execute blueprints accurately
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Field Superintendents
- Solve issues on-site and keep projects on schedule
What You Bring
- Post-frame construction experience required
- Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred
- Valid MN driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus)
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft
- Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic
