What You’ll Do- Lead structural design for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with codes and design intent.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan (or eligible to obtain promptly).
- 10 years of structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
