This role is fundamental to the growth of our Lakeland Branch, being an industry leader in the SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panel) market. Structall Building Systems has been serving the Building Supply market since 1987.
Tasks will include:
- Serving as the Brand Ambassador for our “walk-in” Customer traffic
- Manage all Customer Pick Up order administration partnering with the warehouse team for a smooth customer experience
- Outbound calling for weekly delivery confirmations & works with logistics on any changes. Will assist with payment verification.
- Handles daily Quotes and Order placements in a timely
- Email blasts on Product Promotions
- Sales Calls on existing Quotes for follow-up to Orders
- Sales Calls on Inactive Customer Account
- Supporting our Outside Sales Reps
Preferred Experience:
- Working in a Sales Environment with some facet of Building Materials
- Front-Counter, Customer Facing, Sales Transactions
- Customer Service in Building Product Materials (Home Improvement and/or Lumber yard environments)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic Math skills
