What You'll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, shipping, and receiving operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate warehouse activities with internal teams and 3PL partners
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records using WMS platforms such as AS400
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff
- Foster a collaborative, productive, and safety-focused team environment
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Ensure the safe operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment
- Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Implement process improvements across materials handling, inventory, and logistics operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL operations is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); AS400 experience is a plus
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and materials handling best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Military or military veteran experience is highly desired
