What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Service and repair equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and package units
• Explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Present repair options and provide professional quotes
• Educate customers on the value of maintenance agreements
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, repairs, and recommendations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and office teams

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
• Experience servicing heat pumps, furnaces, AC systems, and/or package units
• Strong electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and diagnostic skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC issues independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable explaining technical issues and repair options to homeowners
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
