We are looking for an experienced Residential Install Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with homeowners, and wants to maximize earning potential through performance and production.
This is a field-based plumbing role where you'll perform residential installations, repairs, replacements, and maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Respond to residential plumbing service and installation opportunities throughout the North Dallas/DFW area
- Diagnose plumbing issues and explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and maintenance
- Build customer trust through professional communication and quality workmanship
- Present recommended solutions and convert approved work into completed projects
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
- Support occasional septic-related service work as needed
- Attend brief weekly operational meetings
What We're Looking For
- Extensive residential service plumbing experience
- Ability to independently perform residential plumbing installations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting repair recommendations and closing work
- Self-motivated with a production and performance-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout the North Dallas/DFW service area
Preferred Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred
- Tradesman Plumbers are encouraged to apply
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Septic service experience is a plus
- Previous success in performance-based compensation environments
