Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with Arkansas Social Studies Standards (e.g., civics, U.S. history, world history, geography, economics)
Develop instructional materials that promote inquiry, discussion, and analysis
Integrate primary and secondary sources to enhance historical understanding
Use technology and multimedia tools to support learning
Classroom Management
Establish and maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment
Implement effective behavior management strategies
Promote student engagement and participation
Assessment & Evaluation
