WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make outbound calls, in a call center environment, to follow up on opted in leads from online providers
• Consult with clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
• Interview clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives
• Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analysis and qualify the client for various loan programs
• Evaluate various loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of Strong Home Mortgage products
• Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s)
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience originating for a Consumer Direct Lending platform
• Possess important characteristics like passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude and a competitive spirit
• Ability to work flexible work schedule
