The Lead Production Supervisor will assist with the optimization of processes in a Lean manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for managing staff, achieving KPIs and maintaining safety.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understand shop KPI’s and motivate the team to beat the target and hold yourself accountable for the results.
- Oversee all steps of production from start to finish including press brakes, fiber lasers, punch presses, robots, welding, painting, packaging, and shipping.
- Innovative ideas and process improvements. We expect one idea per person per week.
- Focus on building products.
- Manage safety of all employees and machine usage.
- Executing the Production Plan set by Manager.
Requirements:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment directing/organizing people and product flow.
- A strong understanding of material flow and automated lines and how to manage them.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Understanding and direct manufacturing experience in quality control, welding, and painting (wet or powder coat)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Flexible. Work environment is a non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Read and interpret standard production drawings.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
