- Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership
- Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team executes builds successfully
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output
- Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials
- Manage safety of all employees and machine/tool usage
- Review and approve weekly timecards and manage the team's schedule/time off requests
- Train and develop your team members
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Focus on building products
- At least two years of management experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience working on a powder coat paint line
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
- Familiarity with basic math and measurements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable on a forklift and using pallet jacks
- High school diploma or equivalent
