Seeking Experienced MCA - Business Loan - Business Funding Consultants - Phone PROS

Role Overview

Strong Capital Funding has been in business since 2017 and has become a premier resource for short term business loans, business lines of credit, long term/ traditional business loans, and invoice factoring. Our company was built with one simple goal in mind, eliminate the games & bait and switch in the industry, and help clients succeed safely.

We are currently looking to strategically grow our sales team. The company has undergone some adjustments, and we are looking for new talent to join.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business owners looking to secure funding.
• Promote our suite of financial products such as MCA, LOC, and SBA loans via heavy outbound phone calling.
• Close deals and work with business owners to help them attain their business funding goals in the long term.
• Maintain a book of business to ensure maximum client retention.
• Help business owners understand the various options they have for funding, and work with them to determine a fit.
• Promote the Strong Capital Funding brand in a positive and ethical manner.
• Secure funding applications while also building a pipeline of future clients/interested parties.

Key Points

• This position relies heavily on outbound generation. We provide quality data, a power dialer (Phoneburner) and fully registered phone numbers (if you know you know on spam likely).
• We are ONLY looking for experience at this time. Must be knowledgable on the MCA industry and how to carry conversations that lead to applications.
• Strong Capital Funding has a powerful partnership network, ensuring clients get access to only the best programs and relationships.
• Strong Capital Funding as an exceptional reputation online, with our partners, and has a high level of respect in the funding industry, allowing you to align with our trusted brand.
• We pay top dollar commissions, you will earn 50% of every deal done via outbound calling, with 35% on every subsequent renewal and refinance.
• Your biggest advantage outside of the trusted brand is the ongoing mentorship. The founder has over 11 years of experience running a brokerage, and is well renowned for doing things right.
• We provide all backend support, deal processing, and can help you close as well. You do not need to worry about processing, we handle it all with 100% transparency.

Must haves:

• 1 year minimum experience in the MCA industry in an outbound role
• A track record of securing applications and funding consistently
• Experience in a 100% commission environment
• Positive reputation. You must be able to provide positive references
• Coachable and eager to do things ethically. We do not cut corners or allow any form of deception.
• Desire to level up in the industry
• Hunter mentality. Understanding that hard, but strategic work is required to fund deals. Needing inbound leads to fund is not what we are looking for. We are very good at generating inbound leads, and will resume our campaigns which will reward those who produce cold over those who do not. Inbound leads are earned.
• Our company ranks on Chat GPT and other AI platforms for various search terms
• Results driven. You use ongoing mentorship to become better each day vs make excuses about the economy, the leads, the applications etc. This is an accountability driven environment.
• Be willing to dive in right away
• Can not stress enough, must have verifiable experience producing on the phone with conversations that lead to applications and funded units.

Great to haves:

• Got a book of business or niche for leads? We pay 60% on self generated business, new and renewal
• Experience in non MCA products such as LOC, SBA and equipment financing
• Desire to advance with the company as we build our new team

Stated earnings are based on ranges others have been paid over the years. There is no limit to earnings. This is a 1099 contractor position and 100% commission.
