Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our account management and client service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between internal teams and client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
