About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate event displays. The Exhibition Coordinator Assistant will work closely with event managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth event preparation, booth setup, scheduling, and on-site logistics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate event displays
- Support booth setup logistics, vendor communication, and event scheduling
- Coordinate transportation, materials, signage, and promotional items for events
- Maintain event calendars, project timelines, and exhibitor records
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding event updates
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in events, exhibitions, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
